Phelps County Ethanol, Inc. (PCE) is in the Process of development and construction of a 100 MGY to be Located South West of Holdrege, Nebraska at a cost of $160 Million.

Dedicated to development of renewable energy fuel, PCE will produce 100 million gallons of ethanol per year in the most cost-efficient, safe and environmentally friendly manner that today’s technology has available, in order to successively compete in an industry currently comprised of many small ethanol producers.

By constructing a state of the art, economically and technically advanced plant PCE will be able to compete with the most successful producers in the market.
