Elm Creek, a community of 900, is located in Central Nebraska along the Platte River Valley. Elm Creek is located on US Highway 30 and US Highway 183 and 1 mile north of Interstate 80.

Elm Creek maintains a strong community supported by our local farmers, residents and business community. Serving Elm Creek are 3 churches, K - 12 public school with a census of 351 students, Chevyland auto museum, Bureau of Land Management Wild Horse facility, public library which houses our Veterans Memorial, medical clinic, beautiful public park and swimming pool.
Elm Creek is currently working on a Master Plan for downtown redevelopment district funded by CDBG funds. A new addition to Elm Creek is the Elm Creek Village Center which houses the Elm Creek Village offices and shop, Elm Creek Volunteer Fire Department and a meeting room with kitchen facilities.
