PRICE: Prices are based on the Current Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) corn futures prices at time of contract signing.

DRY-DOWN: Because of our 3Mil Bu. onsite storage capacity and our economical 3600bph drying capabilities this allows you to bring in your corn in with a high moisture content up to 17% and let us dry this down for you at a minimal cost to you.

DELIVERY: Each contract will have a specified time of delivery

COMPENSATION: Contracted bushels (per bushel, dry weight basis) price shall be based on the December 2006 Chicago Board of Trade Corn Futures quote at the time of contract signing
HARVESTING / SHIPPING: Producer is responsible for the harvest and trucking of contracted bushels. Delivery shall be to the MEPI Ethanol Facility.
WEIGHING AND GRADING: All grain is to be delivered to MEPI Grain Facility will be graded according to USDA Standards.
